Overview

Digital Network Solutions with Red5 Networks are currently looking for the right person to fill a role in general sales administration for our expanding business. As we grow our service provider offerings, we will also require additional support for account managers and resellers to cover the administrative elements of new sales as well as ongoing contracts. We provide a range of outsourced IT services as well as selling communications solutions.

 

Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls and e-mails, dealing with enquiries in an appropriate and knowledgeable manner.

Administer ongoing support and maintenance agreements for our systems and services, dealing with both customers and suppliers.

Oversee the process of orders as well as maintaining in house stock levels.

Liaise with and assist in putting together customer paperwork and quotations for account managers and resellers.

Maintain a record of enquires, passing information on to the appropriate parties and monitoring progress.

Work within our billing system, maintaining records to a high level of accuracy. Assist in preparation for our regular billing cycle.

Coordinate with suppliers and engineers to help manage customer installations.

 

About the Candidate

Able to develop a broad basic understanding of the communications technology products we offer. Our customers should feel confident in dealing directly with anyone in our organisation.

Capable of taking responsibility for overseeing numerous and varied administrative processes. These require a high level of adaptability.

Qualifications: Minimum of pass marks in both Mathematics and English at secondary level. Relevant qualifications from further education highly desirable.

Demonstrate excellent organisational abilities and effective communication.

Previous experience of basic accounting would be useful, but training will be provided.

Previous experience within the IT and or communications industry would be highly beneficial.

Be interested in constantly improving internal processes.

Looking to grow within the company and further assist with customer relationship building.

 

Job Details

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Fri

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (dependent on experience)
